The prices shown on the property listings are the weekly price for renting out the property during peak season as this is the highest price that you will have to pay to rent out the property.
Out of season prices are generally cheaper. If the holiday/vacation manager is using the online booking system then you will be able to see the prices for a given date when you use the booking form. Prices in the listing summaries are shown in the applicable currency where the property is situated. For example properties in the United States in US dollars, properties in France, Greece, Ireland, Portugal, Spain, Belguim, Germany, Luxembourg in Euros and properties in the United Kingdom in Pounds Sterling. You should confirm the final price and currency of the payment with the holiday/vacation rental owner/manager.
