Hotels, Guest Houses, Bed and Breakfast Accommodation

Hotels, guest houses and bed & breakfast are listed under the relevant region of each country, making it easy for holidaymakers to find you. There is also a useful link from the Home Page and from the Rental Map. To use the booking system please only register one room as the booking system has been designed to process bookings for a single property unit.

What is included in the price?

• Control panel - You can edit and list new properties from your control panel, and you can update your profile. This gives you more control over your listings.
• Booking System - An online booking system is available for each listings. This means that visitors can instantly book your property with minimal hassle.
• Pictures - Each Listing can have up to twelve pictures
• Metatags - You are able to write the metatags for your property page.
• Google Mapping - Each Listing comes with google mapping and your property will appear on the rental map which makes it easier for visitors to locate a particular property.

How to Register

Before submitting an advertisement, you must register using the Members Login. You will be taken to the subscription page and you will need to choose the subscription for the number of listings that you wish to make.You will be able to choose a username and password and this will be confirmed to you by e-mail. You must click on the confirmation link in the email to activate your account. Once registered, you will be able to access your personal control panel at any time for submitting new properties and updating your advertisement or for accessing the booking system

Booking System

We offer a booking system on all advertisements. You can access the booking system control panel by clicking on the book now link for your property and logging in at the availability calendar. Under the menu link 'Guides' you will find detailed descriptions of each of the booking system functions.We recommend that you make full use of your booking system and keep it up to date, as this can save time and avoid frustration for both you and visitors to the site. We also recommend that you register for an account at PayPal if you wish to accept payments by credit card through the booking system.

Updating your Advertisement

You can update your advertisement at any time by logging in to your Control Panel. Changes to text, prices and contact details are made on-line but will not be published until approved by us. These changes will normally be displayed on the web site within  a minimum of 24 hours.

Special offers

If you would like to offer a price reduction to fill late availability dates or cancellations, you can do this at any time. You can also do this by changing the tariffs on the booking system and by givings details under Misc info on your property page.

Free SMS text alerts to your mobile phone

In addition to receiving booking enquiries by email, you can also choose to receive SMS texts direct to your mobile phone to alert you to enquiries. This service is currently provided completely free of charge. The SMS alert service is useful for advertisers who are not able to check their e-mail very frequently, as it enables them to respond to their enquiries sooner.

Browser settings and cookies

You will need to set your browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari or Opera) to allow ‘cookies’, otherwise you will not be able to log on and submit an advertisement. Most users will already have the correct settings and need take no action. However, if you do experience problems registering or logging in, please check that you have ‘cookies’ enabled.

To enable cookies in Internet Explorer:

1. Open your Internet browser (Internet Explorer or Netscape)
2. Click on Tools
3. Click on Internet Options
4. Click on Privacy

Look and see if the setting is on "Block all Cookies". If so, move the slider down one notch to "high privacy". This should then allow you to log in.
